Company Law

We provide legal assistance in the preparation and registration of amendments to the articles of association (regulations) of a company. We prepare agreements and minutes of meetings for company members, decisions for collective management bodies and orders for sole governing bodies, corporate governance regulations and other documents. We participate in the meetings of company members and provide consultation to collegial management bodies and sole governing bodies on the issues of legal liability.

Banking and Finance Law

We consult and represent our clients in negotiations upon the conclusion of credit agreements or amending terms and conditions of credit agreements, as well as advise on the issues regarding credit restructuring, refinancing, loan guarantee, etc. We draw up documents related to the financing of projects.

Tax Law

We advise clients on issues regarding direct and indirect tax payment, provide legal services in connection with tax administration. We represent taxpayers in tax disputes at the State Tax Inspectorate, Commission on Tax Disputes and the courts.

Labour Law

We advise on matters concerning conclusion, fulfilment, amendment and termination of employment contracts, wages, working time and rest period, application of disciplinary and (or) material liability, etc. We prepare employment contracts, material liability agreements, confidentiality agreements, rules of procedure, job descriptions, etc. In case of labour disputes, we represent clients in negotiations between the parties as well as in public institutions and judicial proceedings.

Real Property and Construction Law

We consult customers, contractors, investors, real property buyers and sellers, lessors and lessees on legal issues, including conclusion, fulfilment and amendment of construction contracting agreements, settlement of disputes with contractors, acquisition, sale or lease of real property as well as other related issues.

Bankruptcy Law, Corporate Restructuring

We consult clients about issues relating to insolvency or solvency recovery, prepare statements for court regarding the initiation of bankruptcy or restructuring proceedings, claims for invalidation of transactions and other procedural documents. We represent interests of creditors, debtors and other persons involved in the bankruptcy or restructuring process.

Public Procurement Law

We consult clients about public procurement issues, prepare procurement documents for contracting authorities, tenders, proposals and other documents for suppliers taking part in public procurement. We represent clients in public procurement procedures and judicial proceedings.

Contract Law

We prepare various agreements, perform legal assessment of agreements, i.e. auditing, consult about issues relating to fulfilment of agreements, amendment of terms and conditions, termination of agreements and application of contractual liability. We represent clients in disputes arising out of agreements with a view to harmonizing the interests of all parties.

Competition Law

We advise clients on various issues relating to competition law, include those regarding unfair competition, anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, execution of concentration, etc. We represent clients before the Competition Council and courts.

Insurance Law

We provide consultation and legal opinions on the conclusion and fulfilment of insurance agreements, legal assessment of insured events, payment of insurance benefits or the legitimacy of a refusal to pay them, etc. We represent clients in disputes between an insurer, the insured and (or) third parties.

Medical Law

We consult companies dealing with medical activities, prepare documents and represent in legal relations with public authorities.

We help patients to exercise their rights provided for in the legislative acts: right to affordable individual health care, right to information, right to privacy, right of appeal, right to compensation, etc. Should any doubts regarding the objectivity and correctness of investigations carried out by public authorities occur, we cooperate with independent forensic experts.

Inheritance Law

We provide advice and represent in the legal relations of inheritance: upon accepting inheritance, formalizing inheritance, renewing deadline for the acceptance of inheritance, dealing with disputes among the heirs, declaring a will void, resolving disputes with the creditors of the devisor as well as on other inheritance issues.

Criminal Law

We represent legal interests of the injured, civil plaintiffs and civil defendants in criminal proceedings. We also provide legal assistance to suspects, accused, convicted or the discharged.

Administrative Law

We represent interests of our clients in disputes arising from administrative legal relations, i.e. conflicts with public administration entities, disputes of employees with the management. We also represent clients in administrative offense cases regarding the repeal of administrative penalties imposed.
